It was fantastic, from the initial greeting to the ending portion full of questions, our Leasing associate, Briana, was amazing from start to finish, she was extremely kind and very well informed. Clear on all points and details.

Jenna was amazing thank you for giving us a tour and being overall amazing! Unfortunately we didn’t qualify due to credit which I’m really sad about but it’s ok this place is beautiful!

Pretty smooth, still slightly dusty inside, found peeled paint on areas I couldn’t initially view until on a step ladder moving in, process of getting deliveries is smooth or difficult depending on the driver/company. ways to enter aren’t as obvious during construction. Signage would help?

I love my apartment, I came from a larger apartment, however, this feels more spacious and bright. There is one thing; the built-ins in the closets are rough and may snag delicate fabrics, not a very good quality. It wasn’t necessary to paint the closet rods because as you move the hangers across them, it’s going to turn black overtime.

Our move in experience was only dampened by our lack of actual floor plan measuremrnts and space configuration. For future residents, the square footage will allow them to decide what will fit and what needs to be stored or disposed of prior to having the moving company deliver to the apartment. The 3D depictions are a gross exaggeration of the available space.

Alexis and the rest of the team were thoughtful and patient throughout the process. They were responsive to every inquiry, even the ones that seemed minor. I am grateful for their attention to detail and care. The pizza on our first night here was an added bonus. We hadn’t anticipated dinner was included. Thank you!
