Alexis and the rest of the team were thoughtful and patient throughout the process. They were responsive to every inquiry, even the ones that seemed minor. I am grateful for their attention to detail and care. The pizza on our first night here was an added bonus. We hadn’t anticipated dinner was included. Thank you!

I'M NOT DONE YET, I STILL HAVE THE WONDERFUL TASK OF MOVING IN ALL MY FURNITURE . HOWEVER WHAT I'VE EXPERIENCE SO FAR IS OKAY. I NEEDED MAINTENANCE TO TAKE CARE OF SOME THINGS IN MY UNIT, THEY STAYED IN COMMUNICATION WITH ME ABOUT IT AND GOT IT DONE. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE THANK YOU!

Brianna was fantastic and very patient through this process. I would like to thank her for her expertise and knowledge of the apartment complex.

The pictures we took of items that could be fixed were not. The 1st week I found rodent droppings in my apartment.

The experience overall was great and I appreciate Amber’s and the staff’s help with everything. I do strongly feel the building was a bit rushed and some corners were cut. One example is the mailboxes aren’t even ready and am currently dealing with an issue trying to receive important mail that the USPS office has no idea about. The quality of the apartment also seems to lack slightly because of a probable rush to move people in, including the countertops not being sealed. This will allow them to easily get damaged in time and shows any small water drop until scrubbed away. Otherwise, the complex looks like it will be an excellent place when all completed.
