It’s was very nice view

I never received notice that my key was ready for pick up. There were no updates provided. If I would’ve waited and not called residents offices I probably would’ve still been waiting for an update.

ASHANTI MCCRAY WAS AMAZING, SHE MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE AT HOME. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT EVERYTHING. SHE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO US AND OFFERED US THE BEST SOLUTION. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT AND I APPRECIATE IT ALL HER KINDNESS.

I would recommend this community based on my personal experience of staff being professional and efficient to the needs of the community. Only complaint I have is that for the smoke detectors to be replaced with working batteries. Other than that, my experience has been great thus far.

Every maintenance order I put n is address promptly and fixed. Very profesional a d Friendly. Thank you.
