I always have excellent service from maintenance.

The parking spot we were assigned was already assigned to someone else and we almost had our car towed. Then the next one we were assigned to had another car next to it who parked inside our parking space. We do not have any room to exit our car and we do not want to scratch their car. Parking has been frustrating.

I barely ever see security patrolling. This goes for all times at night. And if do see them, they are almost always sitting in the same spot they were 3 hours ago. Second, the roach and bug problem. I continuously keep my house clean and free of left out food, yet I constantly find roaches and flies here and there. And if I don’t get a chance to tell you all about it on Monday I have to wait another 7 days until anything can be done. The doors and random stairs all over the building make it feel like a confusing and inconvenient maze. For the prices you all are charging us, we should have some more modern approaches to moving through the building, it feels old and poorly taken care of. Also what in the hell happened to the pet relief area?? Was this not an included amenity? And I don’t want to hear about the other area that is surrounded with thorn bushes, if you want me to use that one, remove those bushes and take better care of it. All in all, there isn’t anything I mentioned that would impossible to fix, and if you won’t fix it, then you should very well decrease many folks rent.

Overall great experience. Price is the biggest concern when considering lease renewal.
