I enjoy the community here at Violet on Virgil. I feel like the staff is very nice and communicate very well with their tenants. I also appreciate the custodians that work daily to ensure a clean environment . My concern here is the continued pest problem that I’ve been dealing with in my unit. I have encountered over 50+ roaches in my unit since starting my lease.

Maintenance staff were polite and prompt.

Mainly just an extermination program to handle roaches that are coming from other apartments.Also in the pool area, the seats and lounge chairs/couches are very dirty.If they could be cleaned on a daily or weekly basis that would be great.Thank you.

The maintenance team is always quick to respond and very efficient at their job.
