Very quick and efficient!

The door knob has been tightened. It looks like a new screw was installed to hopefully create a stronger hold so the knob will not loosen again and start wiggling. Time will tell. The knob may not be the best for the type of entry that one is. A better handle may be necessary for people with weaker hands or disabilities. Please consider that. The overall service and time to fulfill was exceptional though.

I am happy that our concerns were heard and we have noticed significant improvement with the maintenance team. This time, they made sure everything was done correctly and completely.
