My previous dentist made me feel like I had to make his mortgage payment every time I had an appt. Dr Henry and his tech were very understanding and made me feel comfortable with being there!

Appreciative of the office taking me as an emergency patient. Staff and Dr Kim so kind and accommodating . Organized and knowledgeable.

My most recent appointment was made about 7 months ago. I was told the day of it was cancelled and no effort was made on the behalf of the office to reschedule me that day until I asked for another appointment that day.I was able to schedule an appointment at 3pm and then I waited almost 30 minutes in the reception area to be seen by the dental hygienist who did a poor job of cleaning my teeth. I found between my back molars when I returned home that afternoon.

Every appointment I’ve made the last two years gets changed several times by the office. I’ve even showed up to be told I no longer had the appointment and been rescheduled to come back.

Waited 15 minutes in the waiting area and then another 20 minutes in the room before a hygienist showed up. All for a cleaning that took 15 minutes. This is not the first time the wait time has been long either.

One of your hygienists, I believe her name was Phoebe (or something that started with a P, she was very quiet. She is short, glasses, dark hair and a bit hunched over) was incredibly aggressive with the cleaning. I have never experienced such pain during a cleaning and so much bleeding, at your office or anywhere. After I left your office I found three spots in my gums where the tissue was cut and had blood clots at the base of my teeth. This is among other poor treatment from her.

This is about my treatment for a cavity by Dr. Goldstein about a year ago. Yesterday I saw Dr. Kim and he gave me good care and was flexible enough to repair a broken cavity on the spot. I am disappointed that Dr. Goldstein filled a cavity for me that broke within a year and that your office charged me to re-do the filling. The filling was not well done originally and the office should have taken responsibility for making it right rather than charging me for it.

I had over a 30 min wait for an 8:50am appt- I did appreciate that the hygentist came out after about 20 mins to tell me she was waiting on a room but felt it was a really long time. I also had my permanent retainer broken during the cleaning process- it was fixed by the Dr and the hygientist was apologetic- I fully understand accidents happen but this being my second visit to this office didn’t sit great with me.

All was great. One concern: the providedglasses during cleaning do not seem clean themselves, but even worse, caused major irritation behind my ear from wearing them (I didn’t notice until I was home or wold have asked during the appointment). Is this just for splash protection, and could an eye mask be worn instead, or an old pair of my own glasses? I’ll need to avoid the office supplied one in the future, as behind my ear is in intense pain!
