I had over a 30 min wait for an 8:50am appt- I did appreciate that the hygentist came out after about 20 mins to tell me she was waiting on a room but felt it was a really long time. I also had my permanent retainer broken during the cleaning process- it was fixed by the Dr and the hygientist was apologetic- I fully understand accidents happen but this being my second visit to this office didn’t sit great with me.

All was great. One concern: the providedglasses during cleaning do not seem clean themselves, but even worse, caused major irritation behind my ear from wearing them (I didn’t notice until I was home or wold have asked during the appointment). Is this just for splash protection, and could an eye mask be worn instead, or an old pair of my own glasses? I’ll need to avoid the office supplied one in the future, as behind my ear is in intense pain!

I came and told I was checked in for my appointment. I proceeded to wait 45 minutes until I finally went up and asked what was going on. They said they didn’t know. It turns out whoever checked me in removed me from the schedule entirely. They still managed to squeeze me in but it turns out my dentist wasn’t even there and no one alerted me. I did not get to see a dentist. I will never be coming back here.

My appt was rescheduled to later in the day at 3:10 pm due to an absent hygienist. It wasn’t until an hour later (4pm) that I was treated (being brought to the chair and waiting around for at least 15 minutes doesn’t count). I had rearranged my whole day and luckily took off work to make this appointment, but I didn’t appreciate having to wait even longer. Would rather be rescheduled for a different day when capacity was better.

I would like to be paired with a different hygienist in the future; I have some sores in my mouth today from how she did the cleaning, which hasn’t happened before. Otherwise, it was a good experience, I’d just like to see someone else for the cleaning in the future.

My Dental Hygienist was professional, communicative, and gentle. My teeth are white and I’m 100% satisfied with her level of care. My apologies forgetting her name, but I believe she’s Asian. She was superb! Thank you!!!

I felt extremely overwhelmed and exhausted after my appointment. My dental hygienist spent over 45 minutes scrapping and cleaning my teeth. I know she was cleaning them, but it extremely overwhelming and almost overly detailed. I do my contents every 6 months and have good oral hygiene. I have never had an appointment where the hygienist worked in my mouth for over 45 minutes, not including the doctor’s visit. I would not like to see this hygienist again.
