Everything was fine except the damage to my rim, I have custom painted rims and spent over 800 to have them done, so taking a little longer and being careful probably would’ve been the better choice here.Service advisor was helpful, ensured I’d be reimbursed for damage, and was very respectfulTake your time and be more careful when you have cars that the owners have invested into.Upon pickup, I noticed damage to my rim. Felt as if they were going to let me drive away with it and not say anything if I hadn’t of pointed it out myself and pressed the issue it took them a bit to even say I’d be reimbursedDropped car off for oil change, drop off process went well other than them not telling me a tire rotation was going to be done as well

driver side car mat was dirty and the mud on the vinylGet rid of the call center and have phone numbers go directly to the dealership.The call service not being at the dealership was not effective. My messages were never sent to the dealership so I had to drive over an hour to speak with the dealership staff.

Signage says Vision Hyundai. No mention of MitsubishiI wasn't sure until I saw some other Outlanders in the parking area. When I came to collect my vehicle I was directed to the payment desk. I did not wait while the work was done, so cannot comment on amenities. I did not see a seating area. Again, ought to be a n/an option, or a "I did not wait and use the amenities" option so I can move on without answering those questions. The small part of the facility I did see was clean and professional looking, so I assume there are appropriate facilities and checked Yes, but this is only so that I can see the next question. No idea regarding Wifi. Technically it was not "offered" so I checked NoI had no contact with the service advisor. I made the appointment by phone, dropped the vehicle after hours, and on collecting was simply directed to the payment counter. There was no multi-point inspection provided - only my receipt for the work done.There should be a n/a option for these questions as I had no contact so cannot comment.How about Mitsubishi signage?

Billy was SO knowledgeable about every aspect of this car. He was also very patient in explaining how everything functions, and even helped me set up my Bluetooth. When I needed a little more help a couple days later, he was happy to see me at my earliest convenience. He even offered to come to me, if that would have worked better. I am so grateful to him and to Vision, for helping make the whole process easy and quick.This was probably the least stressful car purchase experience I’ve ever had. Billy Blatner made everything go so smoothly! Thank you.
