Anthony is literally the best. He is a hard worker and is so clear about everything. He made everything so easy for me with out a hassle. He is very personable and didnt make me feel dumb. He was very polite and professional and made the atmosphere feel comfortable. He walked me through the process and made me feel like inwas valued and cared about. He Definitely deserves a raise! I have never had such an easy process buying a car before. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. Buying a car can be nerve wracking but Anthony made this experience different for me thank you :)It was just overall the best experience I have had ever buying a car. Anthony is so thorough and helped me understand everything and made me feel comfortable.

They were in the middle of reconfiguring the building to house their new Mitsubishi dealership so I cut them some slack.Service was quick to schedule and the work was reasonably fast.

The transaction was quick and smooth. Munzi, Billy and Xavier were incredible . I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends.

Anthony was great and made the process of buying a car nothing but amazing!

Staff was Polite and attentive. Service Manager came out and introduced himself.

1. Under construction. Dirty area.2. What amenities is supposed to be there? I only saw a few coffee bottles and I don't drink coffee or tea.3. I entered via the service entrance and was shown the way to the sales.4. Cannot see cars being serviced.1. There were quite some sand and dirts near the gas cap and under the gas cap cover. So NOT clean.2. Tires were pumped to 51psi, that's NOT normal. I only realized it a few days later...3. We waited for the cleaning of the vehicle. So not in a timely manner.4. The costly welcome kit included with the car were omitted until we were about to drive away, then it was given to us as "a gift to you" by the sales person. I found that very dishonest.All I needed were a low price, 0% apr, and responsive personnels. The sales person Anthony made all of them happened in a short period of time, compared to Cortese and James in the area. So I am happy. Anthony also offered us a ride to pick up the car. This Webster location is also much better than their Henrietta location where there are better facility but with mean people. The people here are also very honest about the warranty.On the other hand, 4 things I am not happy with:1. The car is NOT clean at all under the gas cap cover.2. The welcome kit included in the vehicle's list was provided to us as a "GIFT". When it is on the vehicle's feature list but then given as a gift, that is bad.3. The vehicle's features list was not given to us. I wonder where that is.4. Tires were pumped to 50 PSI. That is dangerous.Low price, nice staff, smooth transaction

Danny Vogt is a wonderful salesman. He took time To explain everything to me since it was my first time buying a vehicle. He was not pushy and listened well as to what I wanted and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle new or used. He sells them all and can get you any vehicle you want.
