I am very thankful for the care and attention that is given to my husband each week by Chris, our caregiver. She has been such a help for both of us. She is always on time, follows all directions given, and goes above and beyond each time she is at our home. My husband gets along so well with her! We are grateful for Chris's service because we were both apprehensive before signing up with Visiting Angels. The only minor issues I have had are with Ronnie in the office. There were initial mix ups with schedule changes and she would end up having to call me back. When we first started with Visiting Angels I had to go to the office to pick up some paperwork and I met Ronnie. She just didn't seem to have her act together. Also, every time I call on the phone she doesn't identify herself. I suggest that your office personnel would do that so we know who we are speaking with and don't have to ask.

I want to keep my caregiver. She takes good care of me. She checks in on me even when off.

We're coming up on one year of home care for Mom (97). She has a touch of dementia and is largely immobile. The berea crew provides us with 5-7 days a week of daycare. The 2-3 caregivers that we use have been competent and reliable. The scheduling staff seems available 24/7 and is responsive to our needs that can vary from week to week. Overall, the operation is well run and deserves a recommendation as Tess and her group have relieved a great deal of pressure off of our family. - RC

I hired Visiting Angels for my beloved Mother, Thelma Calfee for a short period of time to come to her apartment and care for her. She had a lady, Tracy, and my Mother loved her, she treated my Mother like a friend, I can't say enough about her. She was sweet, kind, whatever my Mother needed help with she did. It gave me comfort when she was there caring for my Mother. I wish we had been able to continue the service but my Mother fell again and needed to go back to the hospital and then rehab once again. Visiting Angels are the best.
