The staff and caregivers are kind, caring and patient with those they are caring for, and to our family. We call the them our angels! We are so grateful for all they do to help us!

My name is Karan Cameron yes visiting names I'm going to review on how much I like love visiting Angels Shelly my my visiting Angel is a true angel she cooks for me she cleans the house spotlessly things I can't do she does everything I can't do she helps me water my plants take the trash out everything wash clothes and cook dinner cook breakfast I appreciate visiting Angels Day their gods in straight from God and I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have them since I live by myself and I can't again there's a millions of things I want to say but I can't think of anyone so I hope that y'all continue visiting Angels to anyone that needs help anyone at all it is it's a I get the word it something if you need it they're there and she's always on time she's right on that spot right here and I appreciate her so very much and I appreciate you all get sending her to me to help me cuz she's a really really big help I think anyone that that needs help needs to go visiting Angels cuz they'll they won't regret it cuz they're they're the Great I really love him sorry it's the reviews kind of jumbled up I can't think what I want to say plus I just got up so I thank you very much and I thank you for Shelly and all the visiting Angels and I hope everyone calls visiting Angels to get help thank you this is Karen

Amazing! There is not enough room to write how wonderful our experiences have been with Jay! Her positive energy along with her compassion, dedication and love for what she does shines through with every workshop she does with our facility! Our residents are so happy to see her and love her easy-going, fun attitude! We hope to continue having Jay and Visiting Angels back again and again!

I recently used Visiting Angels for a short term after a surgery. They were wonderful to work with and our caregiver Robin was a joy to have. She was very punctual and hard working with a great personality.The sign-up process was simple to do, and considering it was really short notice, they were very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again if the need arises. Overall experience was wonderful.

Amazing experience! I suffered a fall in my home in February. My elderly mother had me staying with her while I recuperated. The team was incredibly. Helping me relearn how to walk while also help hee as needed. Just awesome people

My mom needed 24/7 care and you sent us an angel. Her name is Josette. She took care of my mom for over a year until she passed away March 20, 2026. Josette was not only a care taker for my mom, but became part of our family.

My mother has been calling this business since Tax season started to retrieve her W2 form. The lady Connie is very rude and she hangs up mid conversation. We sent emails, no response. We asked for owners contact information and was told to have a good day after disconnecting call. Once we spoke with a Supervisor (Connie) she was upset because we informed her she acted as if she did not care. She stated she no longer wanted to speak with me anymore because of that. She called my mother back to advise if I call she cant give her her W2. That is insane, as she NEVER addressed the initial issue for my mother to retrieve her W2. Instead she made the conversation about me. To be treated like that is insane for any elder individual and hopefully some proper training or Customer focus skills can be provided to these certain individuals, Customer Service isn't just a job title it is YOU! No one should be treated as such when trying to obtain there rightfully information. We still request to speak with the owner of this business to make them aware. No telling how many others are being treated like that because women of color are having bad days. Pray do better!! She was told it was illegal to email her her W2. It is generally not illegal to email a W-2, but it is highly discouraged and risky because standard email is not considered secure by the IRS. To comply with regulations, employers must obtain affirmative consent from employees to receive W-2s electronically, often via a secure portal, and ensure the document is encrypted
