Visiting Angels has been a miracle for my Mother and family on every level. It started with a compassionate visit with Shannon, VA's director of client services, who walked us through the process of hiring someone to come into my Mom's home to spend engaged time with her, supporting her in ways that included socialization, physical therapy prescribed by her doctors, light house work, errands to appointments, trips to museums, and other needs as they came forth. With a changing weekly schedule, VA was supportive at each step, with a staff that was accommodating (with thanks to Veronica and Rosa), and even more over, nurses who spent time with my Mom and who went out of their way to treat her with kindness, compassion, and humor. They have been ideal partners.Honestly, if I could give 6 stars or more, I would do so. This is a company that lives its mission with integrity, and I learned to trust them with someone I love dearly. My Mom was in the best of hands, and Tisa and Tcharline were exceptional in their care of someone they just met. They are remarkable people and professionals both. What a gift for Mom to have spent time with them.I recommend Visiting Angels to you if you have a family member in need. I know first hand how difficult this time of transition is for those of us with aging loved ones, but it's good to know that Altamonte Spring and further, Winter Park, Orlando, and the entire region is served so expertly by this company. I am GRATEFUL as you can probably tell by my writing here! I wish you the best on your journey with loved ones as well.

My parents don’t use social media, so they asked me to write this review on their behalf. They have been receiving care from Tammy at Visiting Angels for the past few months. She is very friendly, easy to get along with, and proficient at the home tasks she helps them with. Also, she watches out for their safety, and whenever she drives them to appointments, they feel safe with her. In addition, she has helped with the transition of one of my parents to the hospital and to rehab care. My parents are very happy with the care they are getting from Tammy and Visiting Angels.

Only complaint I have is that I have not been getting invoices as soon as I should.. All ready contacted you 3 or 4 times all ready!!!

Visiting Angels helped tremendously in our efforts to bring our sister home. All visiting angels were very attentive and caring. One Visiting Angel in particular, Alicia Amos was truly an angel during her time spent with Phyllis. She took excellent care of her, both physically and spiritually. I would definitely recommend Visiting Angels for taking care of your love ones.

The office staff are very friendly and easy to talk to.

I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience has been with Visiting Angels of CT (Middlefield). We had preconceived notions that made us wary and cautious about hiring the service but we were totally wrong. Every single caregiver has been professional, punctual, dedicated, caring and has gone over and above what was expected of them. Thank you so much for relieving our stress at this difficult time.

This company is not good to work for. They would not return my phone calls after I missed work for a health problem. They took me off the schedule and didn't have the guts to call me to explain why and still owe me my PTO hours. Eventhouh I put in my 2 weeks notice

I want to inform your company about a Care Giver from the Okemos, MI Office. Alyssa has been working with for me just a month, and I can say without hesitation that she is "The Best", and "Top of the Staff". I Have worked with several Care Givers over a ten year period and None comes close to Alyssa's Professionalism, Efficiency and overall 'Go Getter Attitude' approach. She sees something that needs to be done (from the check list) and gets it done. Alyssa is polite, friendly and respectful.She is an Excellent representative of the distinguishing image that Visiting Angels projects.

Katie (Katy?) of Visiting Angels, Kirkland, assigned to accompany/drive me from home to, during, from hospital procedure, June 12. 2026 has the even-temper, attentiveness, pleasantness of an ideal nurse.

I applied, being as flexible as possible. With pay, location, availability.. I told Tyler I could work wherever, whenever days or nights, I would make it happen and he said he appreciates it, I have the thoughtfulness, willingness, flexibility and passion for caregiving but they’ve decided not to move forward with my application, because I’m not a good fit for their team. He said it had nothing to do with my character or heart, yet I was never given a reason and I am genuinely confused and hurt. Maybe this is an answer from God, but it really isn’t a good look for the company. I am sharing this review as a curtesy to future applicants, of what could possibly be expected based on my experience.. God bless & best wishes ♥️
