The information provided regarding services for my grandmother was excellent. Julie was so sweet and kind, and I appreciated her thoughtful approach. She made me feel comfortable while we talked.

Victoria was absolutely the best. She helped us with Mom until the end. She always went the extra mile for us. We are so thankful for visiting angels.

I worked for the Visiting Angels office in Billings, MT for over a year and experienced serious issues with management. I was wrongfully terminated without notice, and they didn’t inform me until after my shift—yet they still owe me wages for that day. The reasons they listed for firing me were false, and I have documentation to prove it. Management attempted to terminate me through my client, which is unethical and illegal in Montana. This office has a constant turnover, lost my training records, and repeatedly failed to follow their own policies. The work environment included unprofessional behavior, inconsistent supervisors, and unsafe assignments. I’ve filed a complaint with the Labor Board, and I’m sharing this to warn other caregivers and families. Until corporate steps in, I cannot recommend the Billings Visiting Angels location.

This review is concerning Visiting Angels Charleston, WV as a company, management team and office staff and is not at all a reflection of the amazing individual caregivers who came to our home. The Visiting Angels company, management team and office staff are a one star rating!! Our family found Visiting Angels to be transactional rather than patient-oriented, they are unreliable and negligent. They could be accused of patient abandonment due to their unsafe and abrupt stop of services for my quadriplegic husband. They ended services with no notice other than a call in the morning that they would not be there that day or any more in the future and left our family in a terrible situation! My own mobility abilities are very limited due to the need for back surgery. VIsiting Angels would have left my paralyzed husband lying in bed that morning without access to food, water, nor a bathroom. They have no regard for patient care nor good business practices. Do not trust their initial care assurances that they, as a company, will never leave you without services, as this is a bold lie. We have since moved on to another in-home care company and the experience has been wonderful. DO Not use Visiting Angels Charleston for care in your home - as care and emphathy is something they do not offer!
