My mom has been with Visiting Angles for about 2 months now and is requiring 24 hour care giver assistance, while also working with hospice. We are so grateful for the compassion and empathy that the caregivers provide my mother with. This has been a difficult time for all of us, but the care that is provided daily bring us comfort. I am able to spend time with my mom in a clean and relaxed enviroment maintaining the ability to be her daughter and not her caregiver.

Thank you so much to everyone at Visiting Angels! My sister and I could not have chosen a better care team for our mom! And thank you to Desiree (sp?) and Joan for setting us up with our permanent M-F caregiver, Ayileen H. She is beyond AMAZING and is now part of our family. I am thankful for all of the caregivers that have come in, yet Ayileen is our super-star and permanent caregiver. Her dedication and compassion is so appreciated! I left a Google review, however, I cannot figure out how to get back there - hahahahaha - no doubt Ayileen will be able to help this tech-challenged person. Blessings to all and thank you so much!!!

I have 35 plus years experience with caregiver with the elderly,, it's my enjoyment to help others who are in need,, working through visiting angles I have met alot of people with awesome personalities it makes my life complete knowing I can giv a helping hand

Visiting Angels has been helping with both of our parents and they've done a really great job helping us navigate the variety of issues with both parents. Having one agency to help with both parents is very helpful. It's even better when we have caregivers who truly CARE! The schedulers and customer support team is truly awesome. Connie Arceneaux has been exceptionally pleasurable as the main caregiver for both of my parents. She treats them like they are her parents and that means a lot to me and my siblings. I'm not sure my mother would be the same with Connie's care and the support from the entire visiting angels team.

Cody is a good caregiver and has become a good companion to my father Larry. He is dependable and kind.

Visting angels is the worst experience in my entire life. I paid way too much money for people to sit and do nothing. they are a complete joke

Though Brooke has not been with Visiting Angels very long, she did a perfect job on her first visit to our home: After a short orientation on my personal needs and through our home, Brooke showed immediate initiative! She expeditiously accomplished all assigned tasks exactly as requested. And when seeing anything that she believed might help us, she would suggest that she do it for us. She prepared a very delicious breakfast for me, then cleared , cleaned and put the dishes away just as requested. We are so glad that the VA contracted with Visiting Angels to provide us badly needed support.! And, we are also very glad that Brooke is scheduled to come very Wednesday! Brooke is desired any Visiting Angels!!!

I was a caregiver for visiting Angels for almost a year and they let me go for nothing I asked that my client be taking off my scheduling because he was hollering at me I did not holler back I informed his daughter she got upset I informed the office they never contact me they completely took me off the schedule they are a terrible company to work for

Amazing office staff! Brittany, Cassandra, Lynn, Liza, Zoe, Dee Dee are always professional and very helpful! Audrey the owner is exceptional!

I continue to be impressed with Heather's timely and accurate submission of our weekly care logs and invoice to our LTC company!
