Visiting Angels is an amazing service. My dad was unable to live alone and would not leave his home. We hired Visiting Angels to help him and they were WONDERFUL. Bernadette, Chris, Adriana, Jade, Maria, Mina, Monique, Zulma and Carol-Lin mad such a difference in his life and ours. Thank you all for caring for my dad with such empathy, love and patience. We are forever grateful to you all.

I worked for the Visiting Angels office in Billings, MT for over a year and experienced serious issues with management. I was wrongfully terminated without notice, and they didn’t inform me until after my shift—yet they still owe me wages for that day. The reasons they listed for firing me were false, and I have documentation to prove it.Management attempted to terminate me through my client, which is unethical and illegal in Montana. This office has a constant turnover, lost my training records, and repeatedly failed to follow their own policies. The work environment included unprofessional behavior, inconsistent supervisors, and unsafe assignments.I’ve filed a complaint with the Labor Board, and I’m sharing this to warn other caregivers and families. Until corporate steps in, I cannot recommend the Billings Visiting Angels location.

This review is concerning Visiting Angels Charleston, WV as a company, management team and office staff and is not at all a reflection of the amazing individual caregivers who came to our home. The Visiting Angels company, management team and office staff are a one star rating!!Our family found Visiting Angels to be transactional rather than patient-oriented, they are unreliable and negligent. They could be accused of patient abandonment due to their unsafe and abrupt stop of services for my quadriplegic husband. They ended services with no notice other than a call in the morning that they would not be there that day or any more in the future and left our family in a terrible situation! My own mobility abilities are very limited due to the need for back surgery. VIsiting Angels would have left my paralyzed husband lying in bed that morning without access to food, water, nor a bathroom. They have no regard for patient care nor good business practices. Do not trust their initial care assurances that they, as a company, will never leave you without services, as this is a bold lie. We have since moved on to another in-home care company and the experience has been wonderful. DO Not use Visiting Angels Charleston for care in your home - as care and emphathy is something they do not offer!

My mom has been with Visiting Angles for about 2 months now and is requiring 24 hour care giver assistance, while also working with hospice. We are so grateful for the compassion and empathy that the caregivers provide my mother with. This has been a difficult time for all of us, but the care that is provided daily bring us comfort. I am able to spend time with my mom in a clean and relaxed enviroment maintaining the ability to be her daughter and not her caregiver.

She is beyond AMAZING and is now part of our family. I am thankful for all of the caregivers that have come in, yet Ayileen is our super-star and permanent caregiver. Her dedication and compassion is so appreciated!I left a Google review, however, I cannot figure out how to get back there - hahahahaha - no doubt Ayileen will be able to help this tech-challenged person. Visiting Angels has been helping with both of our parents and they've done a really great job helping us navigate the variety of issues with both parents. Having one agency to help with both parents is very helpful. It's even better when we have caregivers who truly CARE! The schedulers and customer support team is truly awesome. Connie Arceneaux has been exceptionally pleasurable as the main caregiver for both of my parents. She treats them like they are her parents and that means a lot to me and my siblings. I'm not sure my mother would be the same with Connie's care and the support from the entire visiting angels team.
