I was fortunate more than four years ago to have found what has turned out to be an excellent match. The nearly 5 years with my caregiver plus substitutes lead me to believe that this is an excellent company that puts clients welfare at the forefront.

Our family would just like to thank Btrittney, Renee and Visiting Angels for the top notch care they gave my dad. My dad has Parkinson's and dementia, and they came in and spent the nights so my mom could get some much-needed rest. From the very first night my mom trusted them and never worried about how they were taking care of dad-they did amazing. Thank you for helping out our family in a difficult time!!!!

i have an aide named Jean; she comes in 3 mornings a week for a total of 10 hours. she's always on time (never late once, in 3 years), curtious and has accustomed herself to my habits and quirks. she cleans up, does my laundry, and shops for my groceries. and she keeps me company with personal conversation. i couldn't (and wouldn't) ask for a better aide.

We have had several home care providers. Finding an appropriate on has often not been easy. We, Wife with memory loss and me the live in home 24-7 care partner are the ones being helped by a Visiting Angels employee. Finding an appropriate person to have in our home given our needs has been from ok to unsatisfactory. We have experience inadequte servicfe from the care managers we have had to depend on, At the beginning of our use of Visiting Angels services we have had only the initial visit with your Care Manager. What is needed is an in home visit of the Care Manager so that a selection/assignment of the the care giver is appropriate. Also when a new person is selected the care manager needs to some to our home and introduce the new person and assist in an effective transition and start up for the new care giving person.

Cynthia has freed us from worry about keeping the house and freed us from all the necessary work. Our ages and medical concerns had so gradually deteriorated our ability to keep things cleaned and in place that we were unaware of the loss. Her weekly presence calms our minds and she works quietly and with total focus.

I've been a ANGEL since last March 2024...I first noticed the name..because I have two ppl that died dearly...it seemed their spirits kept pushing me towards the name..THE EXECUTIVE DEAN ...he was messaging me thru INDEED..the app also allows phone contact..so he reached me by text several times before I could make myself accept his offer for an interview. Well I eventually moved forward thanked my Angels in the sky .because the interview was a success ..I met Kim the same day ...it was the sincere desire to serve a community of senior citizens and treat them like they were my own is what Dean wanted for the clients .I have learned the good hearted part of this job was more than a paycheck...I have had the experience to actually care more about the clients happiness awareness safety consistency with being there for OUR CLIENTS..I WILL NOT FAIL VISITING ANGELS AS AN EMPLOYEE..I LOVE THIS JOB ...IT HAS GIVEN SO MANY DIFFERENT OPPORTUNITIES TO SUPPORT DIFFERENT SITUATIONS WHERE THE CLIENTS NEEDS ARE MET..if anyone ever wants employment and have the loving qualities..I advise you to apply....ANYONE NEEDING CARE FOR A LOVE ONE..WE ARE THE ANGELS FOR YOU

I get visiting Angels five stars It's a very compassionate wonderful company that really cares about its employees and it's caregivers pazetta durden is one of the most compassionate caregivers that they have she make sure that her clients are well cared for and all of their needs are met

Thank you Visiting Angels of Carson City for helping us to keep our mom at home in her final days. We called on a Sunday and a very nice lady answered and spent over an hour on the phone with us and actually drove out to our home on a Sunday night to meet with us and was able to send us an Angel that night. Kathy your kindness and compassion and your patience touched our hearts and Maria thank you for taking such wonderful care of our Mom.
