We have had your service for a year now. I am here with mom 24/7 but, she needs service I often can't do among those being a male is Girl talk/time. You also give me downtime as well.It can be heartbreaking and so joyful to care for elders as they transition to the sunset years, so it is wonderful and sometimes trying for everyone. I have never seen people with so much compassion and love as your workers. They have often put their own problems down to care for my mother going further than my own family to help at least once. If you need a testimonial for visiting angels "clip" I'd do it for free, you have done that well.

Received assistance starting in September 2023 for about 3 months for mother who had a stroke and needed 24/7 care. VA initially met with mother in inpatient care and provided invaluable advice to get her home from the facility (which was not a good match for her). Once home, mother received excellent care from VA staff. All were kind and very personable. It was sometimes challenging to get 24/7 coverage but the owner personally got involved and ensured staff were always available. I highly recommend VA (Harford County).

Information and statements on the website were very helpful. Our experience in calling, first the national phone number, then the local office was very positive. The people were kind and understanding, and we could feel the positive emotions from them!
