Amy answered the phone on a Sunday night as our family was about to go into crisis. She scheduled Matthew to meet with us the next morning and followed up with a caregiver showing up by noon on Monday. It was a huge relief to have all the help. Everyone was professional and gave our Dad the care he needed and deserved the last few days of his life.

i used their services for the care of my dad and from day one the experience was phenomenal. the personal touch the concern and interest was amazing and heartwarming. They truly treated him like part of their family.they took such good care of him that i'm using their services when i have an upcoming surgery.

From the very beginning Visiting Angels staff in Littleton, Colorado and the caregivers have been just outstanding. My mother who had injured her back and then had been overmedicated was a lot to handle for us. Visiting Angels staff came in evaluated and told us "YES" we can help. They explained every aspect of their service, billing, and cancellation and modification of scheduled services in an easy and understandable manner for us. Unfortunately three days before we were to have our first scheduled visit my mother ended up being hospitalized. I contacted Visiting Angels who completed understood and advised they would place everything on hold until we had her back home. And amazingly to me they even came by and visited my mother in the hospital...WOW.Since my mother's return from the hospital, they have been amazing in providing care for her and flexible in our scheduling process since she spend a month with us and then a month at my brothers home in a different town. They have been able to schedule an alternating monthly schedule for us and the quality of the the caregivers (Rachel and Autumn) and concern for my Mother has been just outstanding. It has provided much needed support and relief for my wife and I as we care for my Mom.

We have been so blessed by our angel Valerie, my dad is under hospice care and she was sent to our home as a carer. The second day she was here she already knew his preferences from blankets to food. She is now extended family and dad trusts her and is comfortable having her in our home. I truly depend on her experience and personal investment in our dad for his day to day care. This service has been a blessing.

Overall the experience has been great except for one of the Visiting Angels.

Great experience

Our aide, Libby, is amazing! She knows al ot about a lot and is very thorough. We feel very privileged to have her taking care of us. We have met Bailey, the nurse and she has always been helpful and very knowledgeable also. She is wonderful at training and very patient. In fact, we are very pleased with the all of the staff at Visiting Angels that we have met.
