I have been using Visiting Angels now for a month! I love these people, they are always on time and take great care of my 92 year old father. I have also had them stay with him when we had to be out for longer periods of time. The caregivers are sweet and efficient in their roles. We began working with Visiting Angels in early January 2023. Abby, with Visiting Angels, answered all of our questions and concerns. Abby went well beyond what was required in order to assure me and my siblings that we were making a good decision for our mom. Abby spent countless times on the phone with us and always treated us with compassion and understanding. On January 6th 2023 my mom's caregiver, Comfort, arrived at the door and it was the beginning of a beautiful journey. Comfort immediately put our minds at ease and was very respectful towards Mom's boundaries and feelings of anxiousness. Comfort quickly became part of the family and she and Mom have become very close. Abby was right when she told us that all of our lives would become better once we allowed Comfort to care for our Mom. We trust Comfort and could not imagine our lives without her. The peace of mind is immeasurable.

I contacted Visiting Angels in Castle Shannon, PA on very short notice for transport and a required adult escort to a medical procedure because my planned arrangement had 'fallen through'. The Castle Shannon office was very responsive on short notice and my appointment/procedure went off without a hitch. As a single adult senior I will definitely pursue their many services in the future ... I had a very positive experience.

Very professional CEO of company.All contract agreements were clear and concise..Staff was very helpful regardless of when they were called upon to assist us..I would recommend this service without hesitation to anyone who wants to help their loved ones either achieve or maintain their independence while at home.

I cannot say enough about their fantastic services! They helped out my mother during her recovery from surgery when I couldn't be there with her which gave me peace of mind knowing she was in such capable hands. My 97 year old mother broke a wrist & needed assistance when she returned home (she is in her own home still and self sufficient). We needed someone to assist her with basic tasks & be there if needed. Visiting Angels responded very quickly & arranged for Judy to be there with her during the day. Judy was wonderful and a perfect fit for my mother. Thank you!
