My family took care of my mother the last 2 weeks of her life. It was a very difficult time. The kind people of Visiting Angels were exemplary from the beginning of her care to the end. The professionalism and empathy of the care exceeded all other services hired. It was refreshing to have their staff accomplish the necessary tasks without being told or reminded to do them. We definitely give a 5 star rating since, in our experience with them, they earned it. Highly recommended.

Angels is EXACTLY the word to describe the care and professionalism that Visiting Angels of Renton showed our mother. Their work was exceptional, communication was top notch, and the caregivers offered kind and loving support when our mom needed it most. We cannot recommend them enough.

My dad was lucky enough to receive a wonderful aide from Visiting Angels. The care my dad gets is nothing short of amazing. The aide is attentive, warm and caring. He is so respectful of my dad and engages in conversation with my dad. The aide and the staff at Visiting Angels have been a pleasure to work with!

We started 2+ months ago having Visiting Angels come help out Mom, and we are so appreciative of the sense of relief we have (we live out of state) and care and dedication all of these ladies show to Mom. She looks forward to their visits (Danielle, Jacqueline, Adrienne, or Gina), seems less anxious because she knows they are coming. We feel and see that this is helping her maintain her independence. They look out for Mom, and are a conduit to us (while there) with respect to how things are going, or questions where we can help. 4 commbat tours left me a bit disabled but I was too proud to ask for help. The last time I was in the VA hospital for an operation, I was told that I absolutely needed help with ADL (adult daily living assistance) and Visiting Angels would be coming 4 times a week. I had no idea what wonderful people would be sent. My idea of eating was soup and sandwiches. They sent gourmet chefs, housekeeping wizareds, hygenic aids, and people who volunteer to do everything from get the mail to washing windows. These are earthbound angels with a nature to suit. Never any embarassment or condescending. These are a special breed of people.

The staff worked well with me to find a good fit for Mom. There were a few bumps along the way but ultimately mom is happy with her caregiver. The caregiver is receptive to suggestions and ideas I offer to her and we work out any problems together.
