From day one I felt that we had been blessed with a competent, caring and compassionate friend to help with my dear 97 year old uncle's needs. Our Visiting Angel Chris, made it so easy for my uncle to get to know and like him. His gentle and likable demeanor and appearance along with his interest in getting to know and understand my uncle's needs are outstanding. I knew when my uncle walked with him out to his car it was a win. As well as my uncle saying, (me hearing him from another room), "Now what was his name? Chris!! Yes, that's right Chris!" He wanted to make sure he got it right... I loved that. That was day one, and it has just gotten sweeter. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Visiting Angels for your great help sending Chris... Visiting Angels has been a Godsend to our family. The “Angel” you paired dad with shows the care you put into finding the right person for a particular client. Jordan has been so helpful to Dad, and documents daily updates with such detail, which is so very helpful to us since we do not live locally and depend on the observations that he leaves each day. He is so patient and caring with Dad, as well as discerning of situations that arise, and we cannot thank him and Visiting Angels enough for helping to reduce dad’s anxiety and giving us the peace of mind that our Father’s daily needs are met.

Both my brother and I are still working full time, but our parents needed more help than we could provide. Visiting Angels has helped tremendously in keeping up with household chores and doctor appointment visits. John has really taken the initiative to get things done around the house and look out for their safety.

My mother receives excellent care. During a recent, overnight hospital stay, the nurses were amazed at the healthy condition of her skin and hygiene. They sang Visiting Angels’ praises as they rarely see such professional and compassionate care given to their elderly patients. Natasha, Jennifer, Bambi, and Maxine are to be commended for their skill and commitment to caring for their patients.

Jordan is dependable, dedicated, and reliable. We appreciate her very much.

Christina Kenney was our care coordinator, wow! what a fantastic person she is . Very attentive to our family's need and wants . She is very knowledgeable about all aspect's of her job. She definitely deserves five stars .
