Pleased with my nurse. She was cordial and very understanding.

Michael was so helpful when it came time to get my grandparents out of rehab and back into their home. The company provided 24 hour care that was much needed in order to fulfill their wishes of returning to their home to live out their time together. If it wasn't for Visiting Angels we wouldn't have been able to fulfill their wishes. We only had to call Michael if we wanted something changed with a caregiver and he would make that happen as well. Overall, the staff were professional and became like family to us. We are thankful for the team we were provided.

We are so lucky to have Carol Cruz as our 99 yr old moms caregiver. She goes above and beyond to make sure that my mom is taken care of the way we take care of her. The house is always clean and mom is always so happy when Carol comes to take care of her. Knowing that our mom is being cared for when we are gone is such a blessing.

You have probably heard from several of our family members, but Carol Cruz is worth the recognition! Every day she has been with my mother, she has shown professionalism along with such personal care and compassion. We know that our 99 year old mother is is good hands when Carol is there. She brings a smile to my mom's face and is able to get mom ready for each new day. Most of all, when Carol leaves every day she gives my mom a hug. We can't say enough about the care mom is getting with Carol there.

Carol Cruz has been taking care of my 99 year old mother for quite a while and I can't say enough about how kind, sweet, attentive and patient she is with my mom. The best part is my mom just loves her!!!! There are also things Carol does around the house for mom which helps us so much! I travel in town once a month to stay with my mother and every morning I have the pleasure of seeing Carol and how she interacts with mom. It is so sweet and kind. I have to say she is the best one we have had during our time with visiting Angels. Keep her....she is an asset to your company.

I would like to commend Carol Cruz for doing an outstanding job with my mother Pat Dorward, who is 99 and will be 100 in July. My mom is still spry and funny, and Carol is a perfect fit for her. They laugh all of the time, which keeps my mom's mind going. She is so kind, generous, caring and hugs her when she gets down. She engages with her and reads to her. I have witnessed the amazing compassion she has for my mom, and it warms my heart. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care that Carol provides for her, the day-to-day things she does are a huge impact on my mom.
