Our caregiverTracy Pack, is phenomenal. She all you could want in a support person. She is dependable, always on time, and always comes in with a smile. She is very well trained in providing aid, which we require perhaps more than most clients. She is able to teach me how is the best way to provide care for my husband. She provides light house keeping which is so necessary some days. She does not get frustrated with the high level of care we require. She cheers us up when we get discouraged.

Our care giver was Angie White and she was an awesome angel. Angie provided care for my 96 year old mother-in-law. I would highly recommend her to anyone. We didn't have to worry about anything when Angie was with mom. We could go out to eat, go to the grocery, whatever. Angie was just like one of the family and we included her at our meals with her helping mom eat when needed. She helped prepare meals and offered to clean up when we let her. She was very polite and a pleasure to have with us. Charlotte really enjoyed her time with Angie. They would look at old photos to help mom with her memory, laugh and sing. We didn't hire Angie to do housework, cooking etc., but she was always willing to pitch in. We miss Angie now that she's gone but are so thankful for the time she was with us. Jeff Lefever

In the fall of 2022 we hired Visiting Angels to help the family provide our 94 year old dad in home assisted living in the form of breakfast preparation and companionship for two hours a day, 7 days a week. The compassionate care provided by Joyce and Darlene was certainly a plus in his quality of life for almost a year. Unfortunately, dad had to be admitted to the hospital in the fall of 2023. After a short hospital stay and a failed attempt at rehabilitation at a skilled nursing facility, we were able to return dad to his home of 67 years. Because Visiting Angels was able to step in and provide 24/7 care in conjunction with Hospice, we were able to fulfill dad's wish to remain in his home. The family wants to thank the Visiting Angels team, especially Joyce, Darlene, Pam, Helen, Tiffany, Tammy and Mike. They provided a complete blend of compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.

Our experience using Visiting Angles was super positive. My mom is struggling with dementia and using the Visiting Angles service allowed her to live independently much longer than we anticipated. They were quick to respond to our initial inquiry and we had in-home care services very shortly thereafter, like less than a week! My mom absolutely adored her Visiting Angle Pat, she became an extension of our family. My mom has recently moved to a Senior Facility and her Visiting Angel even helped her prepare for the move and then get acclimated in her new home. I highly recommend their services if you need extra caregivers for your loved ones!

Michael, owner, is absolutely fabulous to work with - professional, caring, attention to detail, a real expert in Living Assistance Services. His explanation of services is crystal clear from the onset. He is flexible with service adjustments as needed. So easy and fast to reach in person. Matching of home helper - right on target. Mom's helper, Betty, is kind, sincere, always on time, did exactly as requested. The office staff is super-efficient, responsive, friendly, excellent communication skills. Our family is more than pleased for Visiting Angels coming to our aid! Thank you!

Visiting Angels helped to keep my mother in-law living in her home until she passed away just recently. We used their services for 4 years and they were always very professional, helpful and accommodating. Our caregiver became a good friend for my mother in-law and was with her the day she passed away. The staff truly cares about meeting their clients needs and I highly recommend this agency!!

Dear Michael Schroth, My Aunt, Joan Shirley Halloran was a former client of yours. She was not able to continue services with you due to her inability to follow the law. Some of the caregivers at the time spoke up and for that integrity in action, I am thankful. Other caregivers left your Employment, followed Joan and cared for her and robbed from her, all at the same time. She passed away this month and Hodapp Funeral Home is caring for her services and all. I just wanted to thank you one more time for your care while you could be in the picture a few years back.
