Visiting Angels has been a Godsend for both of my in-laws over the last two years. From my very first phone call inquiry with Sam, I have felt that our evolving needs were understood and attended to with professionalism, kindness, and compassion. As my father-in'law's health declined, his needs were skillfully attended to with our amazing caregiver, Jackie, additionally providing gentle emotional support for my mother-in-law. No task was ever too much. Need for a schedule change? Handled promptly and kindly. Invoice question? Never a problem to get a prompt and courteous response. Other reviews stating that caregivers treat patients as if they were their own family are not insincere! We saw that on every shift. Our family could not have managed the transition from two individuals needing a little extra help through the illness and death of my father-in-law without Visiting Angels. I can NEVER say enough good things about our experience. Caring for aging parents can be so hard, especially when operating from a geographic distance. Visiting Angels always made that easier, more doable, and offered so much peace of mind. Call them. They will help you and will care for your loved one as if they were their own family.
