I am upset about changes in my caregivers' schedule that did not appear in their payments. I called in that the caregiver was here only 2 hours on 11/15 (leaving early due to her illness) and 2 hours on 11/17 (untrained person subbing at the last minute, about whom I was not informed, so her skills were limited due to lack of experience in my home). I should not be charged for services NOT received!

hello i am a angel that has the honor to work for visiting angel here in lorain county i have been working with the angels since feb but as well as in another town for some time i moved into the area they have been wonderful. the stafe in elyria has been totaaly amazing there caring thoughtful and super friendly angel phoenix and Teresa are absolutley the rock of the company they meet my needs and very suffient on the jobs they are recommending , I just want to say visiting stands behind the name Angels we are compassionant i know i am very true and dediacated to my job . thewy take pride in there work they work wih the employers to see whats good and ongoing .wityh that being said i want to thank the three ladies who gave me the opportunity to work for there copany i absolutley love working with my clients and the smiles laughs from them when i go in that means iv done my part as an angel striving to help each and everyone of the clients stay in there homes

i am an employee for visiting angels for almost a year . i must say the staff and the angels that work here are amazing .they care about your needs they are very good at working with the schedules . we as angels i know myself is dedicated to my job .im compassionant they tske pride in ther work as well .
