Norma is a compassionate professional person working on your team. She comes in does the dishes, makes breakfast, does the laundry, and gives my Wife a thorough personal care. She also prepares dinner for us and puts it in frig for later eating. Cleans her mess up then hugs my wife and leaves. I would recommend a descent raise for her. Thank you.

For the most part I’m satisfied with the Care my husband is given. There have been some caregivers that just basically get him in and out of bed..

The visiting angels staff were all very nice and easy to work with. They really stepped in to save the day when my mom fell and my dad couldn’t be left by himself all day long.

Angels are very kind and professional. One suggestion is to provide more feedback if not handing off to a family member.

Good care and the support they give to the seniors is great. Communication’s has greatly improved between staffing and the assistant who comes to the house

Even though I’ve only been working for Visiting Angels for a couple months, so far everything is going pretty well. When I first started, I didn’t really know what to expect, it is definitely a lot more of a slower and steady pace than my previous job. The employees that were here when I started were welcoming in a way, they were and still are always there to answer any questions that we have or help us with clients when needed. I can definitely see myself making a career out of caregiving.
