I've worked at Visiting Angels for 5 years this month. We have the best bosses and the best office staff! They truly care about their clients and their employees. One thing I love about Visiting Angels that is different than other home care agencies, is their one client, one caregiver model. The caregivers and clients are then able to develop a bond and the client has continuity of care. After leaving my job in retail to help care for my aging Grandparents, I saw many caregivers in and out of their home. Very few were they able to develop personal relationships with them because of the "caregiver shuffle." I love the bond that I have been able to develop with my client and Visiting Angels is a place that I would have loved to have care for my Grandparents.
