I am extremely pleased with my dealing with the Angels

You have an employee named Jackie Mey who comes to the Renaissance in Olmsted Falls. Jackie takes care of one of our Assisted Living residents Betty M. Jackie is professional, pleasant always in a good mood. Jackie talks and listens to the resident and is never in a hurry. Over the 2years I have been here Jackie has created relationships with other residents she passes in the hallways or sees in the dining room while taking her resident down. Residents ask about her on her days off. It is a pleasure to have Jackie taking care of residents in our building, she is like family to staff and residents.
