I am a caretaker with Visiting Angels. I work part-time for Visiting Angels. I usually have contact with Amanda and Rachel and occasionally Jennifer. They give correct information about the clients so the caretaker can enter the client's residence with the best knowledge to help care for the client . If I can't reach the residence by bus, they send Uber for me so I may arrive in the correct time scheduled. The staff are very pleasant and go out of their way to make a good work/caring experience. From day one, upon being released from the hospital, we have been pleased with every caregiver and the care they provide. The contact supervisor, Adrienne was informative and eager to help and explain this process. I found her very easy to work with and personable in our meetings. The care giver, Erica ,whom I've met with only once is obviously bright and accomplished. Her response to my needs was may simpatico. Both women are exemplary,, I'm very impressed with them both.

We are grateful to each of the Visiting Angels who have assisted our parents on a daily basis for more than a year. They have been kind and thoughtful, compassionate and patient . Our parents' needs have changed over the past several months and the administrative staff has been accommodating and so flexible. They were both resistant to in home support yet they felt so strongly about remaining there. You all have made that possible and we can't thank you enough for all you have done and continue to do.

My stepdad needed more help than we kids could provide. We researched and crossed our fingers that our experience with Visiting Angels would be anywhere near as positive as the reviews we read. Well, over a year later, they still manage to impress us every day. Their administrative staff is responsive, accommodating and committed to hiring staff who are more than capable of providing the care that is needed. They reply on a moment's notice to fill vacancies in the schedule that crop up because one sib or another has to cancel. And it's great to know that if/when our stepdad needs more intensive care (non-medical), the same experienced caregivers will be qualified to provide it. Three cheers for VA! We owe your our sanity and our gratitude.
