I have not had a lot of experience with Visiting Angels but have been very pleased with my interactions so far. My Aunt uses the services and could not say enough positive things about Chelsea A. a caregiver that she had recently. Also, I have just taken over as the contact for my Aunt and all of my interactions with the admin staff has been great. Very responsive and professional. Thanks for providing this service.

The service was great

My 94 year old father lives independently in Pittsburgh, PA. I live a seven hour drive away in Virginia. My father would like to stay in his home and is capable of making this decision. We contacted the Castle Shannon office of Visiting Angels and arranged for a caregiver to meet with my father every other week for four hours. This arrangement has worked out beautifully. My father enjoys his time with Dale-they usually have coffee with a group of Dad’s friends. I have peace of mind knowing that any changes that may occur in my dad’s physical and/or mental status will be reported to me. Dad was matched with a male caregiver who took his time allowing my father to adapt to him rather than forcing himself upon my dad. Anytime I have made changes to dad’s schedule or have needed to contact the Visiting Angels office, my requests and questions have always been met with kindness, patience, and professionalism. I would 100% recommend Visiting Angels to anyone with a concern for a loved one.

The Visiting Angels have been amazing with their support for my mother. They have been flexible when needed, support in so many aspects of care that we plan on using them continuously. All family members are located out of state and it is a true comfort to us to know someone who is very caring is assisting my mother.

Our caregiver "T" comes twice a week to care for my disabled husband. 'T" has a bubbly personality, is always in a good mood and just an excellent, conscientious caregiver. Highly recommend.

One of our caregivers, Tanya, comes once a week to help care for my disabled husband, a Vietnam Vet. Tanya brings with her a lifetime of experience and a desire to help. She is caring, an excellent companion and always looks for opportunities to tidy-up his living space without being asked - a huge help to me. We liked her from the first time we met her. Even the dog loves her! We feel lucky to have such an amazing caregiver.

I have been a care coordinator for about 8 months now and I honestly love working for this company! Their dedication to providing amazing services is really inspiring.

Isabel from the North Hills office has been outstanding with her communication and follow up in regards to my father's care plan. From the initial point of contact to the visit in my father's home to set up his plan, she has been amazing! It is always difficult to adjust to parents needing assistance with things that used to be easy for them. That feeling was magnified because I live 5 hours away from my parents. I prayed for help that I could trust and Visiting Angels was my answered prayer. The administrative staff spent time matching care givers' personalities to those of my parents and they were a perfect fit. Stephan and John have become like family and I have such a sense of peace. When I call/email the office, Adrienne, Jennifer, Kendall and Rachel respond quickly, even during off-hours. When my father passed away they even sent a card. I highly recommend Visiting Angels, Pittsburgh to any family search for excellent, reliable care.
