Visiting Angels swooped in when we needed it most and provided us with the care that we needed for our mom. Mom’s needs were constantly changing and Visiting Angels was always able to meet us where we were. Communication was always clear and we always had the feeling that they were really working to provide us with the care we needed. We felt heard and cared for. Thelma in the office was amazing - always willing to hear our feedback and try to get us the help we needed. All of the office staff were always polite and responsive. And our caregivers - so special. They became an essential part of our team - our family - that was rallying around mom as she traveled her final journey.
