My brother contacted Visiting Angels when our father needed help caring for himself. We have been using them for 1 1/2 years and are very blessed to have 4 of the original team still with us. My dad needs help with dressing, showering, and enjoys the companionship of his caregiving team day and night. The Charleston office staff provides me with phone calls and emails as needed in regard to dad's care and answers me promptly when I have a question or concern. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing professional caregivers. They are not just caregivers but have become part of our family.

Visiting angels has made this a very smooth transition for what can be a very hard thing to handle! They are so easy to work with and can do anything you need . Jann is one of the workers and she is so perfect for my parents, she takes them to appointments, cooks just anything they need! I really don’t know what we would do without them! They are literally one call away!!! It’s truly that easy

All the people I have worked with have gone above and beyond to make this a smooth transition. It’s hard on everyone when you get to this point in life and with one phone call you can make it a very easy transition for your loved ones. They have Jann with my parents and she is amazing! Will do what ever they need and she is an excellent cook!! They really enjoy that! Can’t say enough good about visiting angels!

Visiting Angels has enabled my Mother to stay in her home, in a familiar atmosphere and close to family. Her caregivers are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I am kept informed and updated in a daily journal of her needs, which is reassuring. Their office is always available for questions or concerns. I would never use any other agency for my Mother’s care.
