We have had Donna Smith for about three weeks now for Sidney Hermanson on behalf of the VA in home program. Donna is an exemplary Visiting Angels worker. Everything is great except for the billing. I haven't gotten one bill via email. And when I talk to someone in Kentucky she some how thought it c was a good idea to take out over 1,700 from my account leaving me with 45$ . I've left messages to try to resolve the problem. Both with a live person and voice mail. I'm frustrated and stressed out about this.
