Last weeks aid was okay, except she needs a refresher class on how to properly provide assistance and cleaning dishes. Yesterday’s person was outstanding.

Allison is a great caregiver. My mom really enjoys her help around the house, errands, shopping, and companionship.

Staff communication and support is great.

The Visiting Angels have cared for my mom twice, this last time was during and up to her final day. From the very first phone call, Ashley assessed and coordinated with the hospital and ultimately the residential care facility quickly and efficiently. She communicated and made schedules and arrangements with all necessary persons at the hospital and the home. Both the hospital (Foothill Pres.) and residential home (San Dimas) praised the Visiting Angels. She made the whole process very smooth. She kept me informed and updated without fail. ALL the staff there were so nice and caring and did their jobs so professionally. The level of comfort care they showed my mom, helped me and my family knowing that if we were not there that the visiting angels (especially Reina) were caring for her, brought us so much peace at a very emotional time. This company is truly of the highest quality in their professionalism, knowledge, procedures, and most of all, their KINDNESS to my mom and to my family. Thank You so much for all you do. I called Joan on a Monday morning to set up care for my mother June. Joan was able to meet with us Monday afternoon. She assured us she would have someone out beginning Tuesday evening when my mother returned from Respite Care. True to her word she assigned Sheree to work with my mom. Upon meeting Sheree for the first time we all knew what a special person she is. Sheree is kind and compassionate. Every time she was there she greeted my mom with that bright beautiful smile of hers. Sheree has a warmth that shines and radiates through her. I am forever grateful that she came into our lives at a time of sadness and helped make it a little easier. She took wonderful care of my mom and because of that we are truly blessed. Sheree became a part of our family and we greeted her with a hug and again at the end of her shift. My mother was called back home by God and will be forever missed.
