We were introduced to Visiting Angels through the Veteran's Administration for my father. Visiting Angels has been as helpful and responsive as the Veteran's Administration regulations allow. I understand that the VA has rules about what can be done by the Visiting Angels person and what cannot be done. It does limit what the Visiting Angel can do.
