I've been an Angel for almost 5yrs. I just love working here. I have very specific reasons for staying and recommending Visiting Angels. Our managers are great! They truly care about the Angels. When they say flexible schedule, they mean it. I change my schedule according to my daughter's school schedule every semester some years. I'm helping my daughter with her son while she attends college. I was very upfront about this in my hiring interviews and was told they were able to do it. The important thing is they actually do this for me. No questions asked. That means a lot. As we all know, some companies make promises and don't follow through. Visiting Angels management in Springfield, IL does what they say they will do. Communication is important. I've rarely had any issues with communication with the office. The few times I have, it was my fault. Management goes out of their way to make sure Angels knows how much they are appreciated. We have bonus incentives, gift cards for working above and beyond normal work duties ie; taking a short notice shift due to call off, handling a stressful event professionally. We have staff events for family. If you love helping others, need a flexible schedule and want to be appreciated, give Visiting Angels a try!

Working for Visiting Angels has been a wonderful experience. Office staff not only make sure clients are happy, but want to ensure caregiver happiness as well. Flexible scheduling, good pay, staff who know what they are sending caregivers to do because they have done it themselves.

I work for visiting Angels. I've been a in home cna many years ,and have never worked for a company as caring about there employees just as much as they are there clients. They are very attentive to all the needs of there clients making sure there safe and well taken care of in there home. With a 24 7 day a week emergency number for all clients. If I had to choose a company to attend to any of my family members it would definitely be visiting Angels 😇
