I was very happy with the entire staff of visiting Angels. Particularly Melissa Jolley. it took me a while to get used to writing and sending in the schedule for the Angel by a specific time. Melissa worked with me in a great way to help me get through that. Also, when the first Visiting Angel did not match my mothers needs and personality she worked diligently to find someone who did. The second visiting angel was a great match for my mother, and they developed a great relationship. I will definitely be using them in the future. I could always count on someone being there on the days my mother had the help assigned, so I did not have to reschedule her doctor appointments. I have already started giving their referrals to friends who have aging parents.

I started working for Visiting Angels January 2022. I am so very happy that they have chosen me to work for their company. They chose an amazing family to match me with. If ever I had a question or needed information they were there directing me without a doubt. I have highly recommended many others to reach out to Visiting Angels as a caregiver or as a client. I have worked for Visiting Angels for over 1 year now and have nothing but great things to say. Melissa, Katie, and other office staff are great to work with. They are flexible with my schedule, and always open to communication which is good when working with different clients. Visiting Angels makes it known how much they appreciate their caregivers and it helps to know that. I have never had an issue with any of the wonderful people in office with Visiting Angels and they go above and beyond to help their clients and caregivers.
