My dad's experience with Visiting Angels as a client and my experience as his primary caregiver has been great. Our "Angel" takes good care of my dad. She is always respectful and caring. She keeps me informed about how he is while I'm away, and she shares her observations and any questions or concerns she might have. He keeps her laughing with his good sense of humor. It's obvious that she really cares about his well being. This isn't just a job to her; she's invested in this work.
