I would highly recommend VA to care for a loved one.They are a group of compassionate and dedicated individuals. Jennifer our Client Care Coordinator was wonderful easily available to speak with and always answered my questions.VA gave my Aunt the care she needed to remain in her apartment. Thank you VA. You truly are ANGELS 😇.

You staff is so compassionate and so kind! Cheryl our caregiver is the the most compassionate and awesome caregiver! She took exemplary care of my mom! She was like part of the family! My parents loved her! She went above and beyond! Gonna miss her! All your staff is amazing and so caring! No wonder my mom enjoyed working there! She loved it! Love all of you!

Visiting Angels (Wayne, NJ) was a wonderful experience! Kelly, our key contact person was informative, communicative, and there for us every step of the way! She sent a home health aide to work with my ninety something year old parents. The home health aide, Paula, was truly an ANGEL of a human !!! She was experienced, accomplished,, compassionate, and highly responsive to the needs of my parents. She put them at ease while showing great respect and kindness. She was a breath of fresh air from the moment she arrived. My parents looked forward to her coming and assisting them with their ADLs. What a gem! We are grateful for this experience ! Although my parents decided to move away, they still talk about Paula !!!

Jennifer & Paula are very patient to take time to ease my mind & help us feel comfortable with elder care since this is our family's first experience. We are not ready to commit to in-home care & appreciate that Visiting Angels are not pushy but very understanding. It would be better for us if Visiting Angels could come shorter shifts and less frequent. I would definitely consider working with Visiting Angels in the future.

My mom is very challenging as she can have her moments where she is not flattering. She doesn't have mobility any longer and this includes incontinence. The caregiver was just fantastic with my mom. Very compassionate and worked through all her mood swings and screaming with ease. This is not something just anyone can do with ease. It takes a special individual with lots of patience and dedication to provide optimal patient care. We are very grateful.

Visiting Angels is the most appropriate name for the lovely ladies who have been taking care of my parents. Being new to this service, we did not know what to expect. We were introduced to the most caring, understanding and patient individuals. I would highly recommend their services to anyone with apprehensions. You will not be disappointed.

I can’t thank your agency enough for the amazing care my father received. When we first started using your agency we only required two days of care. As time went on and my father’s care needed to be increased, you were always there for us. You accommodated our every need. We had one minor issue which you rectified immediately by giving us Michael Talamo. Our family was so blessed to have him. The care he gave to my father was amazing. He went above and beyond any expectations we had. He was not there just to do a job, he cared deeply for my father and our entire family. He became part of our family and we love him. He will always be in our hearts and we will miss him very much ❤️ Thank you for everything!
