Karen W. Is a shining star. Her experience, devotion, and ability to provide exceptional care to her clients is off the charts. Any family would be lucky to have a caregiver like Karen. She is very capable, extremely reliable, deeply compassionate. Karen truly cares about her clients well-being and it shows in everything she does. Visiting Angel are very lucky to have her and so are we!

Want to give a huge shout out to Visiting Angels of North Hills. Specifically care-giver Lori and her supervisor, Scott. The other day, Lori arrived to my parents' home as scheduled. They did not answer the door and she became concerned and contacted Scott. Scott then reached out to me. I appreciated knowing right away! Lori persisted and eventually they came to the door. She soon learned the power was out, there was no heat in the house (freezing temperature outside), and no water. We don't know how long it was like that. Some time later, the power was restored, Lori prepared breakfast and then assisted my Mom with her care needs. If it wasn't for Lori and Scott, I hate to think how that day could have ended up. Thank you Visiting Angels! So glad we found you!

I cannot be more grateful for the wonderful help I received in getting assistance to and from a hospital test to and from which I was not permitted to drive myself. Fortunately, I had called the Care Coordinator, Scott Blackburn, well ahead of the scheduled date. He came to my home and made the application process go very smoothly. He is friendly, gives me confidence, and explains details thoroughly and clearly. The caregiver, Emily, arrived right on time, drove my vehicle sensibly, spoke intelligently and respectfully, took care of my belongings with concern, adapted to an additional test ordered, and was sensitive to my welfare. This young lady is a gem. The entire experience was positive and supportive, and I cannot say enough good things about how I was treated. I surely do appreciate the professional help I received. Thank you.

Visiting Angels was recommended to me by a friend and I am so thankful to her. I found the North Hills office to be just what she said it would be, friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff answered all of my questions and gave me a lot to think about that I wasn’t aware of in terms of all they had to offer. I will definitely be back in touch with them in the near future for my parents long term care.
