Was wanting to know if you guess will accept an W-9 Tax form for assistance. My leasing agent was great with showing me around and providing me with all the information I needed but due to her being new to the office she wasn’t able to tell me.

Alfonsa told me multiple times she would keep me posted on my status but instead I was the one calling multiple times daily for the status of an apartment. I was lied to many times about the details of moving forward with a place and still nothing. They asked me to unfreeze my credit which was done asap and told me they don’t know what’s wrong with there system. After about a week I was told they reached out to the manager but again no resolve. I’m very disappointed in the process and lack of professionalism.

We still waiting, cause water can’t be drained in the bathroom …we are using only one bathroom.

Friendly Maintenance Tech and was able to repair damage with ease. Great work.
