raising the rent $100 each year is terrible

My issue is not fixed. The maintenance person needs to come back and fix it. My water temperature is still very inconsistent and not very controllable. Especially at night, I often have no cold water. It’s like I cannot control the temperature at all in my shower after a certain time of day. It doesn’t make sense my kitchen sink and bathroom sink are very similar to this where I don’t have control over the water temperature randomly.
