When the resident needs service done. It should be a back forth dialog. If they can't get to it. Let them know and tell them the date that you can. When you fixing something give feedback. We are working on this etc and thus is what happen. We get nothing. This is considered our home at this moment. We want to feel safe and our home comfortable.

the rent should be low for a one bedroom room i mean at least do some remodeling inside aslo outside we need more security
