Quick and efficient.

The problem still remains, clothes coming out of the washer have stuff all over them, the note left shared the machine walls and drum were cleaned. Still looks exactly the same. This is the 2nd time requesting service for this issue, I will most likely have to take care of it myself since it’s still unresolved. $2600 a month in rent and still have to deal with these issues unfortunately.

I’ve had a great experience living here at vistara apartment community. From the beginning, I’ve felt comfortable and welcomed, and I’ve really enjoyed my time living here. The community has been a pleasant place to call home, and my overall experience has been very positive.I especially want to recognize Sharon, the apartment manager. She has always been friendly, professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Sharon has been responsive and has made sure things were handled properly. Having a manager who genuinely cares about the residents makes a huge difference, and I truly appreciate everything she has done during my time here.I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a place to call home. Thank you, Sharon, for helping make my experience here such a positive one!

Quick response and fixed the issues

Francisco did a wonderful job not only did he changed the detector that was beeping, but he also took care of the other two devices as well. He was very professional. Kudos for Francisco.

As always, the team here got me back going with my washing machine. I anticipated worse. Efficient and knowledgeable staff. Recently had my fridge repaired on site also. Its comforting to know how you guys turned my dilemma into no dilemma. Thanks
