There was a delay in my move-in due to a mailing issue with the guaranty document, which was signed, notarized, and sent overnight with proof of shipment. I completely understand and respect the policy; however, utilities had already been activated and deliveries had arrived. I would have appreciated more flexibility or an interim solution while the original documents completed delivery.
