The mirrors in the parking structure seem to change position. It makes it difficult to navigate some blind spots. Not sure if there’s an opportunity to install more or have it consistent.The water quality is pretty bad. Clogs up my faucets and drains with black gunk.

Please enforce the EV parking policy. Many are parked without charging during the evening

Loved the floor plans for 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, they have plenty of space for our family. Overall the amenities areas were very clean. I also liked that you get two parking spots. William was very nice, he answered all of our questions.

The people and the environment feels like home. Really appreciate everything that keeps Vita Apartment alive and well. Special shout out to the maintenance crew, who keep Vita in gear and have to deal with tasks that are avoidable, if some community members just listened to Vita's guidelines.My only issue is, that the delivery system needs work. The Amazon lockers aren't efficient, and we don't get notified when an item is delivered. Food delivery never reaches our door. Drivers have to deliver into Fort Knox, which I'm not complaining about. Love the security. Maybe Vita can have daily refreshed pins, that the community can have access to, through one of the apps, then we can share that pin to delivery drivers.

Choosing Vita as opposed to any other apartment complex has been the best decision for us.We love the friendly environment, the entire staff is amazing, and amenities are top notch.No complaints.
