We had to schedule two separate appointments. First one we were turn away because our appointment time. The appointment was for 5:45, the staff told us the office closed at 6. The following appointment we had found out they don’t take 5:45 appointments, if that were the case the office safe should have rescheduled. The schedule second appointment we were on time. Office staff fail to tell us they were running behind. Took almost 25 minutes to start the tour. Enabling us to having a decent tour. Second we felt racial profiled, the people prior had on person go on the tour. We had both male and female staff members go on the tour with us. The female in front and male staff member behind us. If quite unfortunate because I had colleagues “highly” recommend Vita apartments.

We were shown all of the amenities, which we loved. All of the units shown to us were within our requirement. The tour guide was very friendly and informative. We were very close to submitting an application but found a different complex that fitted our needs better.

Had a great tour & now have Vita as first choice for apartment hunt.

The mirrors in the parking structure seem to change position. It makes it difficult to navigate some blind spots. Not sure if there’s an opportunity to install more or have it consistent.The water quality is pretty bad. Clogs up my faucets and drains with black gunk.

Please enforce the EV parking policy. Many are parked without charging during the evening

Loved the floor plans for 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, they have plenty of space for our family. Overall the amenities areas were very clean. I also liked that you get two parking spots. William was very nice, he answered all of our questions.
