The palm trees in the front need trimmed, they are hitting our window and starting to enter the balcony. Best parts about the community is the safety and cleanliness of inside of the building as a whole.

Its very expensive and there is no loyalty with longer residents when it comes to renewals. It probably ends up costing Fairfield more to get a new tenant then it would to renew a lease with an existing tenant at a lower price. Also why is there only 2 treadmills in a huge buildingNeed more treadmills and less bikes, treadmills are always used up.

The agents were all friendly, the complex looked clean and tidy, and the amenities were great. The price is probably going to be a little out of my budget but that doesn’t mean it wouldn’t work for others.

Management must put cameras in the trash rooms and charge filthy people for throwing trash and old furniture on the floor. Many Tenants are rude and trashy, not all, but most. There is never parking. Vita should do what Cameo does and assign parking per floor level.
