I would love that the places get more maintenance and in time… the spa from the mail pool has been closed since the beginning of the summer and the door for the main pool has been broken since the beginning of last year, this is a hazard for all the kids living in the community. Those details are the ones that makes the difference between recommending or not to someone else the community

Reoccurring concerns with neighbors that don’t go away making living here unpleasant as of late. Major thing which has made around last 2 months here a concern of health is someone’s new hobby in surrounding apartments of smoking weed I’m assuming in their unit. Smell with be in hallways most times with a few times even reeking inside my unit, office has done all they by means of letter and email notice. Concerns with neighbors from neighbor that came to my door to flip me off and consistently stares us down in hallway all for reporting his lunatic scooter riding in hallway months ago, which he still does seldomly to this day. Downstairs neighbors slamming of their door which is uncontrollable but irritating when it rattles glass furniture due to the force they use closing them. Those same neighbors blasting music using sound bar that also vibrates my unit due to the bass of soundbar. Down stairs neighbors hitting ceiling with what sounds like a stick at times for us doing simple things as washing laundry and even walking at night in our unit, it can be clearly heard the thumps they make that are also felt on ground. All these things that are still dealt with on a week to week basis are our problems here. Communication of concerns with Jeff Philips, Mike Janiszewski, and Erika Gutierrez has always been good. Maintence team has always been great. The problems here seem like that can’t be remedied, I’ve notified Jeff Philips per call week ago that we plan soon to advise on move out date.

Utilities work well and parking garage is relatively secure. Guest parking and responsiveness to noise complaints have been sorely lacking and disappointing!On the other hand, repair maintenance issues were resolved promptly

Staff is very unprofessional and not attentive to the residents. I’ve had a maintenance/ manufacturer issue with my shower since the day I moved into Vita & 11 months later my issue is still not resolved. Also the parking garage does not have cameras which led to several cars being broken into with no resolution. The staff & the lack of resolution for resident issues make living here not a good experience at all.

Overall great experience. The reason I dropped my score was because of the poor service Madeline, who is new in the leasing team, provided me. She was condescending and rude in phone calls I had with her regarding my move. When I told her about her poor customer service she was providing, and that I was inclined to write a poor review, her response was that the team “encourages” reviews and basically that I should write the poor review. She is a poor representation of the Vita staff as all are very pleasant. Madeline would benefit from retraining and maybe a role that is not customer facing.
