Don’t put “(Optional)” in the question but then make it a required field

More noise than expected and some areas not cleaned as often as I’d expect ie trash and outside loading zones

The models were beautiful and thoughtful to those touring with snacks and drinks. Our tour guide was wonderful answering our questions and showing us everything of interest

Not being able to have over 4 family / friends over to bbq or hangout is the only reason not motivating for us to renew our lease. Reserving the whole amenity is not necessary to us and we would actually love to share the space but not being allowed to just have friends over without doing so and spending an absurd amount of money when having it private isn’t necessary is really hard to wrap our heads around. My immediate family alone is 6 people total, having to reserve and pay at minimum $600 for my family to visit me and not be able to grill/swim/hang out is really sad. We rarely even use the amenities for this reason. Our last luxury apartment did not mind us sharing the space at all, having guests, even having little celebrations without reserving the space. I would hope vita could reconsider this rule.

My entire living experience has been negatively affected by my upstairs neighbors who make so much noise every day. There are loud thuds and lots of running all day until nine or 10 PM. I have kindly asked them in person to be aware of what they’re doing, and that they are affecting my right to quiet enjoyment. They and vita has done nothing to correct it. I reported the matter to a Noah who worked at your office, but nothing was done.
