Enjoyable tour filled with lots of information on complex.

The apartment complex is beyond amazing and my tour guide Noah was very informative and personable.

The apartments/community are AMAZING. Aside from the community, the leasing agents were super welcoming and friendly. You can get a sense that there is a strong community vibe and the employees try to build rapport and get to know residents as well, which is important.

The move out email did not include information regarding returning beer tap cards. There also could have been more info regarding move out fees such as the option to get apartment professionally vacuumed to avoid extra fees.

VITA is a beautiful apartment complex and it’s incredibly well-maintained. But unfortunately the leasing office and upper management has some serious issues they need to figure out. They constantly deflect and blame tenants when stuff happens on their property. They managed to have 50+ storage units broken into and not take a single ounce of responsibility over and over again for stolen items, break-ins, and other issues on the complex. It’s frustrating that such a beautiful complex is run so poorly. I’ve moved into my new apartment and it just above and beyond what we have experienced at VITA in terms of the leasing office. I hope they can figure it out because it’s a beautiful property and great apartments.

Noah and the other man who works at the front desk are so incredibly helpful! My roomate and I were treated poorly many times by the maintenance women.

THE STAFF IS AMAZING!Sad to be leaving such a beautiful community, never experienced such friendly and welcoming staff.

I would recommend living at Vita. I did not receive a refund.
