The door issue was addressed right awayBut it never gets completely fixed. Just keep putting a band aide on it. Everytime the door shuts you can still hear the bang in my livingroom and bedroom.This has been over 2 years now.

The snow removal process needs work. You need bigger and more equipment. There should be no snow where cars park. Make it mandatory that vehicles leave for an hour and enforce towing of those who do not. People will conform. Hire an outside company for your plowing on not in house maintenance.Also charge residents for not cleaning up dog poop. I have never been to a place where this is so bad, it’s gross. If they are caught. $50.00 fine. Or hire someone that goes around the property once per day for clean up.This property has a lot of great things to offer but the two items I just mentioned are going to bring it down or lessen the quality of residents.I get visitors and the first thing they say is that it is disgusting with the amount of dog poop.
