I’m not sure the name of the gentleman who fixed my dishwasher, but I want to say THANK YOU for being kind to my dog! I saw him interact with her on my ring camera and he was very sweet to her! Work was done quickly and issue fully resolved!

Kim at the leasing office was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and truly has a wonderful personality. We already loved the apartment itself, but for me it’s also very important to feel confident about the people we would be dealing with if any issues ever came up. Kim made that an easy decision for us. Thanks to her professionalism, kindness, and overall experience, we felt excited and comfortable moving forward with leasing the apartment.

The assistant property manager Gina tells me on the phone I might have to pay for plumbing due to incident that was done not onpurpose. I would like to know where it says because if I have to, I would’ve get my own plumber

I was a little disappointed that a portable AC was brought in and the valve was not shut nor did I know about it until it leaked and drenched a good portion of my living room rug. I've been trying to dry the rug ever since.
